At Nikola Tikov Consulting, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

If you’re not happy with your order, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition.

Digital products and online courses are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

To request a refund, please email us at nikola252.consulting@gmail.com with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
